NFL sent a memo to all 32 teams that has placed a chilling effect regarding with the so called “tampering window”.
The “tampering window” was instituted by the NFL this year in hopes of reducing the amount of rampant dialogue that was being done illegally between teams and agents well before the signing period opened.

Star Lotulelei had undisclosed heart condition
Star Lotulelei yesterday had a previously undisclosed heart condition that caused some panic at the combine among scouts. He viewed as the best interior defensive lineman in the 2013 draft class, and some even view him as a viable option to be the No. 1 overall pick this April.
Indianapolis’ defensive lineman returned home on Monday after doctors revealed his left ventricle artery wasn’t working the way it should. But the doctor examined Lotulelei and have given him the green light to continue his draft work outs but he won’t be returning to Indianapolis for the combine.

Colts QB Andrew Luck to replace Tom Brady in Pro Bowl
Andrew Luck’s splendid rookie season was resurrected and extended Monday. He will end it by playing in the Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu on Sunday.
Luck was added to the AFC roster as a replacement for New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who withdrew with an unspecified injury. Luck was first alternate at the position.
Luck and Houston’s Matt Schaub will back up starter Peyton Manning of the Denver Broncos, whom Luck succeeded as Colts quarterback. Manning will make his 12th Pro Bowl appearance; the first 11 came during his 14 seasons as a Colt, 1998-2011.
Like Manning, Luck was the first overall pick in the draft. Luck set NFL rookie records for passing yards (4,374), attempts (627), 300-yard games (six) and passing yards in a game (433).
He tied an NFL record shared by Manning by leading seven fourth-quarter or overtime winning drives to help the lightly regarded Colts to an 11-5 season
