Antonio Pierce no longer has a future with the Giants. The linebacker thinks head coach Tom Coughlin might not have much of one, either.

The NY Daily News is reporting "Eli Manning did not practice for the second straight day Thursday as he continued to rehab a plantar fascia injury to his right foot.
While Manning was not available to talk to reporters, Tom Coughlin said his quarterback was making progress.
"Yes, a little bit better each time he comes in," said Coughlin, who acknowledged on Wednesday that the quarterback could be a game-time decision against the Raiders on Sunday and can play without practice time. "He spends about 24 hours working on it. So it is good to see the progress, even if it is small."

The Giants quarterback and former Super Bowl MVP has agreed to a new seven-year, $106.9 million contract that he is expected to sign later today, according to a source familiar with the negotiations. Though it’s not the largest deal in NFL history, the average of $15.27 million per year is a new NFL high.
