Offensive sign by Eagles to Ed Wang

Offensive tackle Ed Wang played six games for the Bills in 2010.

Wang (6-5, 315 pounds) played six games in 2010 for the Bills, who drafted him in the fifth round out of Virginia Tech. He hasn’t played in an NFL game since, although he spent some time last season with the Raiders.

Wang, 25, will compete for a roster spot this spring and summer. The Eagles have a stable of tackles behind projected starters Jason Peters and Todd Herremans, including Dennis Kelly, Nate Menkin, Allen Barbre, Matt Reynolds and Matt Kopa. Veteran tackle King Dunlap, who just finished his fifth season, had his contract expire and isn’t expected to return.
